My name is Jeff Donihue and I am a MOPAR man myself
and I have a pic of my cousin's 69 Road Runner. I restored it for him last
winter. He blew up
the 383 that was in it one week before the Halloween Classic race
in Norwalk Ohio. So I threw a 400 together for him in 3 days so he could
get to
the race. The 400 was a short block I had in my barn for 4 years.
All I did was clean it up, put new main and rod bearings in it, then.threw
his
top half on . Well, if you are really a MOPAR nut you will
love this! It ran a 13.18 at 102 mph!!! He ran it up to 6400 rpm
in first and second and
went through the traps at 6000 rpm. Not to bad for just a quicky
huh!!!!!
